Ashok Auto Sales runs a charitable hospital by the name of Ashok Shruti Memorial Hospital - a 50 bed facility for women and children. All operations, pre and peri-natal procedures and treatment at the hospital are available free of cost for underprivileged women.
Patients who visit the OPD are distributed free medicines. A pathology and vaccination center for children are also available on the facility as part of the free services offered.

The hospital also organises medical camps throughout the year where women with severe gynecological problems are treated and operated upon by participating doctors. Annually, the hospital undertakes 350-400 gynecological & obstetrical operations and 1500-2000 childbirths.
 
Fortpoint Automotive Cars Pvt Ltd manages and operates the Taramati Bafna School for the Blind – a center that provides education as well as vocational courses for the Blind. Another organisation, the Sanchalal Bafna Foundation Trust works to provide education to underprivileged children.
