In case of Accident Damage/Theft

If it is an Emergency then follow procedure above.

Any damage to your Arval vehicle should be reported to Arval immediately and certainly no later than 24 hrs within the incident time by calling the Driver Contact Centre  on 1800 209 5777 – in this way we will know immediately where the vehicle is currently located and log the incident. Always state your name, company name , vehicle registration number, date and time.

To commence the Insurance claim process requires that you complete the Arval Accident/Theft Report Form and please send this form back to Arval as soon as possible.

Once we have this information Arval can organise:

  • Relief Vehicle – if covered within your contract or Daily Rental vehicle to get you mobile again
  • Activate the repair process

 

If a 3rd Party is involved or a Theft has taken place.

If any 3rd Party is involved or a Theft has taken place then please lodge a First Information Report (FIR) at the nearest Police Station and send a copy of the FIR along with your completed Arval Accident Management Form.
