Accident Damage/Theft

In case of Accident Damage/Theft
Any damage to your Arval vehicle should be reported to Arval immediately and certainly no later than 24 hrs within the incident time by calling the Driver Contact Centre on 1800 209 5777. In this way we will know immediately where the vehicle is currently located and log the incident.
