Arval have developed their own Company Vehicle User Manual - a very simple step by step guideline that informs you the Employee/User on specific areas relating to the use of your vehicle. It covers areas such as:
- Taking delivery of your new vehicle
- Booking your vehicle in for a regular service
- Replacing a Tyre
- Use of Arval Assist when there is an emergency
- Reporting an Accident
The Company Vehicle User Manual is issued to each User/Driver when Arval delivers a vehicle.
