ROLE PURPOSE:

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports to: Team Leader - New Business Acquisition
- Reports: None
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Build and develop positive relationships with all prospects
- Make appointments for Regional Sales Managers
- Continually update Prospect database
- Produce and issue Prospect responses in conjunction with the Sales Team
- Build and develop positive relationships with internal and external colleagues to ensure delivery of excellent service.
- Proactively promote and/or sell relevant products/services that ensures the ongoing development of our business relationship, where appropriate.
- Manage all requests and queries, providing solutions and advice within the agreed service levels to ensure first class delivery.
- Handle all queries within the established best practice and department procedures, referring for assistance when required.
- Administer all tasks as required in a complete, efficient and productive manner, planning and organising own work as required.
- Actively identify opportunities to improve service levels, proposing solutions where possible.
- Contribute to service delivery levels by providing guidance to others and informing the decision making processes wherever possible.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate qualification – Sales, Marketing, Business Adminsitration, Finance
- Background of Customer interaction & back end processing of financial service. Exposure in Financial Services, General Insurance and Loan/Mortgage industry will be a plus.
- Skilled in Excell, Word and PowerpointPrevious
- Excellent interpersonal + communication skills.
- Excellent telephone skills, good administrator
- Self starter but Team player
- Has the ability to move into an Internal Account Management Role or Sales Manager Role within 12- 24 months
- A person who wishes to be a key player in the growth of a young business
Other:
Arval India will train the individual in Operating Lease Product Knowledge
To manage Arval India Prospect Base while securing appointments for Regional Sales Managers. To support the Regional Sales Managers by producing vehicle quotes and compiling tender responses. To manage follow ups with Prospects by diary management
