General office duties: Administration, Front Office Management,
Typing, Filing, Travel arrangements, Sales Proposal support,
Event management, interaction with clients, Query handling

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports to: Deputy Manager Human Resources
- Direct reports: None
- Indirect reports: None
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Managing relationship with: Heads of Departments – Managing Director,
Finance, Operations , IT/BPO, Clients , Regional Sales Managers +
Operations Managers - Day to Day Office Administration
- Vendor Management - Tie-up with Vendors and Manage Vendor Payments
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Background of Customer interaction & back end processing of financial
service for at least 2 years - Exposure in Financial Services, expert in MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint
- Smart, Bright and inquisitive to learn and grow – capable of growing
into next role as company develops - Able to take responsibility
