ROLE PURPOSE: 

To support the Regional Sales Manager/ External Account Manager  in the management, retention and development of specific clients within a given territory in order to achieve company targets.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Reports to:  Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Liaise with : Operations Team
                         : Finance Team
                         : Business Transformation Team

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Act as an ambassador for the Company, identifying and agreeing customer requirements in order to maximise client service delivery.

2. Take responsibility for fleet growth within Client Base.

3. To Manage contract profitability during the life of the contract in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager/ External Account Manager.

4. Manage client expectation through the Account Team, in order to ensure client  service delivery and to proactively manage clients.

5. To update Salesforce.com on all Client activity & information.

6. Provide reports and statistics as required to measure performance against the ARVAL business plan and forecast.

7. Participate on any ad hoc projects in support of business goals.

8. Maximise cross-selling opportunities where appropriate in order to maximise overall profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate / Management  or equivalent degree  in Marketing with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar related industry.
  • Proven presentation/communication, commercial awareness and project management skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Strong presentation, inter-personal and report writing skills.
