ROLE PURPOSE: To do corporate Client acquisition, development and realisation of business by appropriate products to achieve and exceed Arval targets.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Deliver against agreed sales plans to meet business objectives.
- Maximise market / sales potential and develop strong relationships at various levels with Clients & Prospects, ensure delivery of Arval services and profitable outcomes.
- Work with help of New Business Acquisition Team to optimise sales and market presence.
- Act as an ambassador to the Company, presenting structured proposals to customers and close profitable business by giving operating lease solutions.
- Provide reports as required to measure performance against target requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- MBA – Sales & Marketing. Minor in Finance is preferable.
- Background of Corporate Sales of financial service. Exposure in Financial Services, General Insurance, Hospitality and Loan/Mortgage industry will be a plus.
- 5 yrs of overall work exp.
- Highly Skilled in Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent interpersonal + communication skills.
- Excellent telephone skills, good administrator
- Self starter but Team player
- A person who wishes to be a key player in the growth of a young business
Other:
Arval India will train the individual in Operating Lease Product Knowledge
