ROLE PURPOSE: To do corporate Client acquisition, development and realisation of business  by appropriate products to achieve and exceed Arval targets.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: 

  • Reports to:  Head of Sales & Marketing

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Deliver against agreed sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Maximise market / sales potential and develop strong relationships at various levels with Clients & Prospects, ensure delivery of Arval services and profitable outcomes.
  • Work with help of New Business Acquisition Team to optimise sales and market presence.
  • Act as an ambassador to the Company, presenting structured proposals to customers and close profitable business by giving operating lease solutions.
  • Provide reports as required to measure performance against target requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: 

  • MBA – Sales & Marketing. Minor in Finance is preferable.
  • Background of Corporate Sales of financial service. Exposure in Financial Services, General Insurance, Hospitality and Loan/Mortgage industry will be a plus.
  • 5 yrs of overall work exp.
  • Highly Skilled in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent interpersonal + communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone skills, good administrator
  • Self starter but Team player
  • A person who wishes to be a key player in the growth of a young business
