ROLE PURPOSE: To Purchase, Maintain and Sell the Vehicles in a cost  effective manner to maximise the profit margin.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to :   Head  of Operations

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • New Car Purchase, register and delivery. 
  • Data capturing for Service Repair, Accident Repair, Fuel Card, Insurance Policy
  • Service Network Partner Agreement & Supplier Agreement
  • Distribute and follow up for the signed Agreements with Dealers
  • All the orders placed have to be recorded and tracked till the payment is made to the dealer and RC is received by Arval, in an Excel sheet till the system is in place.
  • List of vehicle enrolled for Arval Road Assistance to be sent to all the Road Assistance Partners.
  • Receive Monthly invoices from the Road Assistance Partners and approve the same for payment.
  • Follow up for the payment with Finance and ensure that the payment is made to the RAP within agreed Credit Period.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • A Degree in Automobile / Mechanical / or any other equivalent  degree.
  • Proven experience with Manufacturer / Fleet Management / Leasing industry or  in similar Industry in similar functions.
  • Excellent Communication, Relationship and People Management skills.
  • A working experience of about 2-4 years.
